Data controller

The data controller is Dr Faten Ben Rhouma, publisher of the site (see the legal notice).

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) is appointed, as the practice does not carry out large-scale data processing. Data requests are handled directly by the publisher.

Data collected and purposes

The site is a static showcase site with no user account. Data is only collected when you provide it voluntarily or through consent-based third-party analytics.

• Request form: identity (first and last name), contact details (phone, e-mail, city, country), assessment details (age, height, weight), the procedure of interest and your message. If you choose to provide them, you may add medical, surgical and obstetric history as well as photos; these constitute health data and are used only to handle your request.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): anonymised browsing data, only after your consent.
• Anti-spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA): technical data required to verify the form submission.

Processors and third-party services

To operate, the site relies on third-party (SaaS) services that may process some data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): analytics, enabled only after consent.
• Contact form: processed by our self-hosted server (EU); emails routed via our internal mail service.
• Google reCAPTCHA: anti-spam protection of the form.
• Servers are hosted in the European Union (Germany, Contabo GmbH). Some third-party services (Google reCAPTCHA) may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Legal basis and retention

Form processing is based on your voluntary request and, where applicable, your consent; analytics is based on your consent.

Data submitted through the form is kept for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on your request, then deleted or archived. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings and the duration of your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
